What is Honeywell Connected Enterprise? We founded HCE in order to leverage our domain expertise and help Honeywell transition into a cutting-edge industrial software company. One that spans the globe, with HCE employees located all over the world. But that’s just us telling you what we are. Allow us to actually show you.

WHO WE ARE
DATA SCIENTISTS AND
HOW WE DO IT
RUN IT LIKE WE
On a local level, we offer many opportunities for like-minded employees to gather, to learn and to support each other.
One great example is our involvement in Atlanta’s “Engage” collaboration, which is a collaborative innovation and corporate venture platform, created to accelerate Atlanta’s growth as a technology hub.
Women in Tech
Women in Tech (WIT) is a grass-roots network with a mission to foster growth and community across Honeywell for Women in Technology and advocates. It provides resources, development opportunities and visibility.
Within hub-locations there are Learn & Grow Sessions that focus on various technologies and professional development, as well as Community Engagement activities. Women in Tech has grown to over 1000 members and is continuing to grow.
Inclusion and Diversity
Inclusion and Diversity are more than just buzzwords at Honeywell Connected Enterprise. Our inclusion and diversity is ingrained in our organization’s DNA. It’s a living, breathing growing part of our core values and that’s reflected in the half dozen diversity networks that our people engage with on a daily basis, including Aero E&T Diversity and Inclusion, India Diversity and more.
