Vice President and General Manager, Cyber Innovation

In his role, Michael leads Cyber Innovation as Vice President and General Manager at Honeywell Cyber and Connected Industrials. In this role he is responsible for growing Honeywell’s cybersecurity business and launching its new portfolio of offerings in a rapidly expanding OT cybersecurity market. With more than three decades of cyber and digital leadership experience, he is a respected leader across the cybersecurity, technology and defense sectors.
Michael joined Honeywell in 2023 from Raytheon’s Intelligence and Space business where he was the executive program manager for CISA’s premier cybersecurity program, part of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Prior to that role, he was vice president of Analytics and Cyber at Booz Allen Hamilton. Before that, he held a number of progressive digital and technology leadership roles across several consultancies, healthcare and defense contractor companies. He also served in the U.S. Army in intelligence where he was Signals Intelligence Analyst.
Michael earned his Ph.D in Engineering from Virginia Commonwealth University, where he focused on cyber analytics. He holds a master’s degree in computer and information systems security from Virginia Commonwealth and a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Hawaii Pacific University.
