In her role, Karen is responsible for the performance of Honeywell’s software business for digital solutions to make flying easier, more efficient, sustainable and safer. A licensed pilot, throughout Karen’s career, her focus has been on solving complex and challenging business problems for her customers while empowering and motivating her team to innovate and deliver business results.
Before joining Honeywell, Karen worked in the Aerospace industry at GE Aviation, United Airlines, Jeppesen and Diamond Aircraft. She has deep knowledge and experience in Cloud Software, Enterprise Digital Transformation and Modernization, and Data Integration after working at both IBM and Informatica.
Karen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Texas Christian University, an MBA from UOP, a Master's Certificate in Product Management from George Washington University, and is a Stanford University Certified Project Manager.
